Release Notes - August 18, 2025

Enhancements:

• Pull Page Optimization: Removed code methods that call the same process multiple times. API code changes for getting items model method, get new pulls list UDF's and get language resource methods.
• User Page Optimization: Response time optimization for User's page. Results: Log-in page from 4.7 seconds to 3.25 seconds, User list from 8.97 sec. to 6.36 sec., Add Users page from 3.05 sec. to 2.51 sec., User list hard refresh page from 8.63 sec. to 9.63 sec., Narrow Search User page from 1.62 sec. to 1.02 sec., Delete record from 14.79 sec. to 4.62 sec., display Only Deleted record from 22.94 sec. to 3.81 sec., Undelete one record from 12.45 sec. to 5.74 sec., Only Deleted page to normal grid from 17.87 sec. to 4.60 sec.
• Work Order Import: Added Drop Ship field column to the Work Order csv file.
• Supplier Page: In the Supplier Blanket PO Details section, allow BPO Total Value and Order Used field to be editable. 
• Common Bill of Materials: When importing Common BOM file, read column V (UDF1) and map it to the Item Master Category field. However, when importing from an item csv file, the Item Category field will be read-only. 

 Bug Fixes:

• View Reports: Inventory reconciliation report did not display an item list to choose from.
• Requisitions: Could not add items to a new requisition for a specific stockroom and Narrow Search function for the requisition page was not filtering the data.
• Quotes UDF: Quote to order, the UDF names need to be displayed in the Quotes module grid page. Required UDF's should prompt as being required, maximum character length of UDF's should function within the set parameters and saving the UDF's should validate other parameters of the UDF setup.
• Quotes: Resizing the quotes column grid should resolve to the size of the text header. Language selected in the regional settings should also resolve.
• Requisition Reports: A customized requisition report was corrupted and items could not be added.
• Menu Display: Pointing the mouse over a menu displays the menu, when not pointed at the menu it should immediate not be displayed.
• Alert Dashboard: A specific stockroom did not display data in the alert dashboard page.
• Amazon Business Catalog: Searching an item from an integrated Amazon Business catalog account was not available.
• Supplier Page: The Blanket PO Order Quantity Used and New Order Quantity should be checked when an order is approved.

Mobile App:

• Pull Order Number: For Android and IOS versions, modify the Pull Order Number to use the numbers from the Pull PO Master list on the web.
