Keeping prices current is a very simple process. Distributors have a choice of using APIs, EDI, or importing a template. They can send an EDI 832 file that gets sent to TrackStock once a week to update prices and any other item information or they can use TrackStock's API to update the item information on a weekly basis. Additionally, as an alternative to APIs/EDIs, the distributor can use an item import template to update the new pricing on demand. 
Yes you can show different pricing to each customer. Traditionally a distributor's customers have different prices based on their volume of sales in the distributor's ERP system. In TrackStock, the distributor is able to send each customer's unique prices to Trackstock to update the pricing displayed in TrackStock. 
Yes, TrackStock has a mobile scanning app that scans QR codes and barcodes on bins of products to do cycle counts, consumption tracking, transfers, orders, returns, etc. There is also a TrackStock web app, SensorBins, eLabels and RFID solution.
The TrackStock mobile scanning app works with both barcodes and QR codes.
Yes. First, the distributor negotiates with the customer how many days of billing transactions should be consolidated. TrackStock can then, as an example, wait until 14 days have passed to forward to the distributor all consumption transactions that have happened over the past 14 days. Independent of the consumption transactions, TrackStock is monitoring on-hand quantities and is triggering suggested orders when the on-hand inventory falls below the minimum. Of course, since the inventory is consigned, it is ultimately the distributor's decision to replenish or not.

Yes, we offer return-to-stock on both consigned and customer-owned inventory. It is all about your relationship with your distributor. We have the return functionality in the software. TrackStock can send that transaction electronically if that transaction type is set up. Nobody likes returns, but life happens and TrackStock makes it easy for a distributor to allow consigned or customer-owned returns. That "return" transaction goes back to the distributor electronically so neither the customer nor the distributor have to do anything manually.
