The TrackStock RFID BinBox is an RFID reader mounted directly on top of a rack of bins. Each bin carries an RFID tag. Workers pull items as they need them — no interruptions, no process to follow. When a bin is empty, they drop it into the BinBox. That single action is read by the RFID reader and instantly fires a digital kanban order to the distributor for replenishment.
No app. No barcode scanning. No data entry. The entire replenishment trigger is one physical motion — drop the empty bin.
The RFID BinBox is built for environments where speed and simplicity are non-negotiable: high-volume stockrooms, contractor jobsites, MRO cribs, and field locations where workers need materials, not process steps. It works with consigned and customer-owned inventory, and orders are automatically separated by supplier and sent digitally.
The TrackStock RFID Tower is a freestanding RFID reader placed in or near the stockroom. It powers a classic 2-bin digital kanban system: the front bin is active, the rear bin is backup. When the front bin is emptied, the user scans it past the RFID Tower to trigger replenishment, then pulls the full rear bin forward for use.
By the time the second bin is consumed, the replenished bin has arrived. The cycle repeats continuously — no gaps, no stockouts, no emergency orders.
The RFID Tower can also be positioned at a receiving dock to automatically log incoming inventory the moment it arrives. This gives distributors and their customers 24/7/365 remote visibility into quantity on hand, usage, and replenishment status from any browser. It is particularly effective for VMI and CMI programs where both distributors and their customers need a common set of books for accurate billing and reconciliation.
